The Black, Red and Blue are very vibrant colours. They do not smell at all, not permanent which is great! I'm not sure but years ago I think I had a green one too. The medium point is fairly sharp and does not wear down---you will probably run out of ink before it deteriorates but saying that the ink does last a long time. I find that they do not bleed through the paper mostly--I just tried it on newspaper and this was true. I wish they were not so expensive though. $2.00 a pen would allow me to buy them for my grandchildren and my children--- But I just buy them for me, because I can't afford to buy them for everyone on my list! This product is so versatile. I just love, love, love them!!!! Col
